This policy applies to all Vintage, Estate, Pre-Owned, and Designer jewelry, clothing, and accessories offered by Galt Auctions. These pieces are not manufactured by us but are carefully acquired from wholesalers, vintage dealers, estate auctions, private collections, and industry contacts.
Authentication & Due Diligence

• Every item undergoes thorough analysis by our specialists, drawing on decades of expertise in the vintage and secondary market.
• We verify background information through trusted sources before any item is listed.
• If a piece appears on our site, all reasonable due diligence has been performed.

⚠️ However, due to the nature of the pre-owned market and the proliferation of replicas, altered items, or copies, absolute guarantees of authenticity cannot be provided.
That is why we always supply detailed descriptions, photographs, and videos, so you can carefully review each item before purchase.
Authenticity Information

• All vintage and estate jewelry is sourced from private collections and wholesale auctions.
• Items are compared against archives of prestigious jewelry houses (including current and discontinued collections) to verify craftsmanship and design.
• For clothing and accessories, we review provenance, brand markers, and condition.

Binding Agreement & Dispute Waiver
By completing a purchase through Galt Auctions (via website, platform, email, phone, or in-person), the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following:

• The transaction constitutes a binding and enforceable contract.
• The Buyer waives the right to dispute payments, chargebacks, or reversals with their payment provider or bank.
• All sales are final, based on the descriptions and images provided.
• Galt Auctions reserves the right to use purchase records, terms, and evidence to defend against any claims.
• These Terms are binding and enforceable in any dispute resolution, arbitration, or court proceeding.
